Subprocessors

The companies that process customer data on behalf of mdflows Cloud, what each one does, and where.

Last changed October 20, 2026

  • Cloudflare, Inc.

    What it does
Hosting (Workers), each organization’s database (D1), file storage (R2), email delivery, operational logs, the bot check on signup (Turnstile), and — only if your organization chooses our hosted model — AI processing (Workers AI).
    Data
All customer content and account data.
    Where
Requests are processed across Cloudflare’s global network; databases and files are stored in locations Cloudflare chooses automatically, without a regional restriction.
    More
    Cloudflare’s own subprocessors
  • Stripe, Inc.

    What it does
Subscription payments, only for organizations that subscribe.
    Data
The subscribing person’s email address, the organization’s identifier, plan and subscription status. Card and billing details are entered on Stripe’s own page and never reach mdflows.
    Where
    United States.
    More
    Stripe’s service providers

Not subprocessors

Services your organization connects — Microsoft 365, Google, SharePoint, your own database, your own AI provider key, or an AI app such as ChatGPT or Claude — process data under your organization’s own agreement with them, not ours.

mdflows On-Premises runs on your own infrastructure and sends us nothing, so it has no subprocessors.
